Outdoor Learning Area at Lower Heath C of E Primary School

Creative Partnerships Change School project. 2011

We worked as a team with the staff and pupils to design and make this 50 square meter project. The children developed ideas through discussion, drawings and models and from these we produced a scale model incorporating key features the staff and pupils wanted to include. Everyone was involved in making the structure, from the mixing of cement for foundations to the assembling of timber frames. Pupils also reviewed the design at different stages of completion, discussing or sketching design developments.
