This sculpture celebrates the special character of the Arrow Valley Park lake and it's importance for local people. The concept and form reflect the unique shape of the lake and the activities of it's human and wildlife visitors and residents.

The sculpture is made of cast iron and has contoured sides that reference the lake as a man made object. The low relief surface has a formal narrative that explores movement around, above and below the lake. The design includes images from plaster relief sculptures made with local residents at the Forge Mill Museum.
